GE84PLN is a PC-based application designed to help administrations plan VHF-FM audio broadcasting services in accordance with the GE84 Agreement. The program enables users to create test notices, run compatibility analysis with other assignments in the plan, determine available frequencies for new services, and generate TB2, TB3, and TB5 notices. It is recommended to install the latest BRIFIC to access frequency assignment characteristics and proposed modifications. The program is currently available in English, French, and Spanish.
